Many of us find our own ways to get in "the zone" before, during, or after competition. We all listen to music when we lift, but everyone is different! I know when I go on a run I have a list of songs (that changes frequently) that I listen to in order to really get in a groove! The types of music that teams listen to are very eclectic because every team is unique! When I run, I tend to listen to some great Pop music like Katy Perry and some oldies, but goodies such as MMMBop by Hanson!! But whatever it may be, everyone has there own taste!
